Hello! We are Stacee and Katie, and we love to grow garlic. Katie grew up on a fifth-generation family farm in Northern Michigan, and that is where we grow all of our garlic. Katie practices regenerative agriculture on her land, so we use cover crops and crop rotation to keep our soil healthy. We do not use any chemical inputs.
Each year, the biggest garlic cloves we grow get tucked back into the earth in late fall to produce next year’s crop. The small cloves that don’t get planted are made into our garlic salts and spice mixes. We dry our garlic slowly, at a low temperature, to retain all of its health benefits, amazing flavor, and vampire deterrent properties.
